What to expect

Your membership includes same-day urgent care and sick house call visits with priority scheduling, unlimited telehealth visits, annual well visits, sports/school physicals, and lab orders, and direct access to licensed medical providers.

  • 1 Member- $250/month

  • 2 Members- $163/month per member

  • 3 Members- $125/month per member

  • 4 Members- $106/month per member

  • ($25 per additional family member over 4)

  • Telehealth Only - $75/month

Discounted House Call Visit Packages — Use as needed, no expiration date

  • 3 visit house call package - $710

  • 4 visit house call package - $940
