A brief telehealth consult is included in urgent care and sick visit house calls. During the consult, our provider will:
Assess your child’s condition to determine if it can be treated safely in a home setting.
Identify any necessary testing materials or equipment to bring for the visit.
Gather important details about symptoms and medical history to make your in-person visit as efficient and thorough as possible.
Sick visits and urgent care visits also include direct access to our provider and team via messaging before and after appointments (concerning the issue that was treated during the visit), so you can ask questions and address concerns related to the condition being treated and so we can follow up and check-in on recovery.
This process allows us to deliver personalized, comprehensive care while ensuring the most value and convenience for your family.
