**We do not accept or process insurance claims at this time. We will provide a receipt of service and a superbill, which can be submitted to your insurance for an out-of-network claim. We fall under Telehealth and Urgent Care, which many insurance plans cover. We accept self-pay, debit/credit, HSA and FSA. If you need assistance processing a claim, we recommend using www.reimbursify.com.

We are currently serving communities in St. Johns County and Duval County between Ponte Vedra and St. Augustine Beach and communities South of 295 and East of the St. Johns River, as well as the Beaches communities, including Jacksonville Beach. Please reach out to see if your neighborhood is in our service area! If outside our service area radius, a travel fee will be determined on a case by case basis.
