Order Labs
Choose How You’d Like to Order Labs
Option 1: Provider-Guided Lab Ordering
Schedule a telehealth or in-home wellness visit to discuss your health goals and symptoms with one of our providers. We’ll help determine which labs are best for you, place the orders, and schedule a follow-up call to review your results and next steps. This option is ideal if you want personalized guidance and interpretation. You can use your insurance for labs, or we offer reduced price cash-pay options.
Option 2: Self-Select Labs Through Our Rupa Lab Shop
Prefer to choose your own labs? You can browse and self-select from our available lab bundles through Rupa Health. You’ll receive clear instructions on sample collection and where to go if blood work is required. Once results are available, they will be delivered directly to you. This option does not automatically include provider review or a results call. If you would like to discuss your results, you may schedule a telehealth consult with our team at any time.
All labs ordered through Rupa Health are reviewed and signed by a licensed physician through the Rupa platform.
Cancellation Fee (charge incurred if canceling within 24 hours of your visit) $25
No Show (in addition to visit fee, refunds will not be provided) $50
Holiday fee (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Day, Easter) $15-$50 based on service and area.

Memberships & Packages
**Memberships not required to us our services, but could be a good option based on your family’s needs! Reach out to discuss custom pricing for your family.
**We do not accept or process insurance claims at this time. We will provide a receipt of service and a superbill, which can be submitted to your insurance for an out-of-network claim. We fall under Telehealth and Urgent Care, which many insurance plans cover. We accept self-pay, debit/credit, HSA and FSA. If you need assistance processing a claim, we recommend using www.reimbursify.com.
