What to expect
During your visit, our provider will review your child's medical history, assess growth and development, perform a full physical exam, and complete any necessary forms on the spot. ECG (electrocardiogram) screening available for add-on for high school students and adults. It's a quick, comfortable experience designed to make your family's busy schedule a little easier.
House Call Sports/School Physical - $185
House Call Additional Family Member - $125
ECG/EKG (electrocardiogram) Add-On - $20
