What to expect
During your visit, our provider will review your child’s medical history, assess growth and development, perform a full physical exam, and complete any necessary forms on the spot. It’s a quick, comfortable experience designed to make your family’s busy schedule a little easier.
House Call Sports/School Physical - $185
House Call Additional Sibling - $125 (siblings seen during the same visit)
Procedures we can do:
Medical Ear Piercing - $190
** These charges are in addition to the house call fee
*Cancellation Fee (charge incurred if canceling within 24 hours of your visit) $25*
**No Show (in addition to visit fee, refunds will not be provided) $50**
